A full Quality Management Plan covering design and construction functions both on and off site, including but not limited to: designing, procuring, shipping, handling, storing, sampling, fabricating, installing, constructing, assembling, inspecting and testing by in-house personnel or an independent third party consultant is provided where required to maintain the overall quality of the project

ICC’s excellent reputation as a Contractor is maintained through complete client satisfaction. This coupled with select architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers allows us to secure 95 percent of ours work through negotiated, select bid, or best value procurement contracts, frequently with repeat clients.

Our Safety Specialist is assigned to oversee each project to provide objective job site inspections and safety meetings with subcontractors. The Project Manager and Superintendent are also responsible for enforcing the company wide safety program. Total responsibility is contractually in the hands of one party, usually at a guaranteed fixed price.

Our long-standing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers provide us with both flexibility and cost effectiveness.
