Restoration Project Manager - Daytona and Sarasota Florida


We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on, construction oriented Project Manager. Responsibilities include strong field management, generating innovative repair solutions, cost management, negotiating purchases, scheduling, managing subcontractors & equipment, managing client relationships, estimating and delivering safety and quality control to our job sites.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in project management and have leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others. Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work in a quickly changing open team environment are also required.

We are looking for an individual with solid construction sales experience to coordinate business development functions market by developing new (and maintaining existing) client relationships. Our client base includes owners, engineers, property managers, and industrial plant managers. The successful candidate will have significant construction sales experience relating to services or products. An engineering degree is a plus. We are looking for a goal-oriented, self-starter for this strategic leadership position. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are also required. This position requires some overnight travel within the region.

Project Engineer - Daytona and Sarasota Florida


We are looking for detailers with 3+ years experience. Must be proficient with AutoCAD 2000 and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in Mechanical drafting and knowledge of tolerances, finishes, fabrication drawings, machining is desirable. Structural drafting experience or a construction background is also a plus. Responsibilities include preparation of shop drawings and coordination of materials and equipment deliveries to job-sites. Natural leadership, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong commitment to succeed are required. We will provide training on post-tensioning.

Office Manager - Ft. Myers, Florida


Primary Function

• Develops and maintains the site administrative and accounting functions.
Typical Duties
• Responsible for project administration (typing, filing, document control, etc.) new employee sign ups, and basic personnel administration activities.
• Direct or prepare weekly payroll and verify time reports to insure accuracy. Prepare controls and merge with other data required for preparation of payrolls.
• Prepare control documents for use in reconciling one or more of the following: payroll, payables, and receivable transactions.
• Maintain the preparation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and equipment rental functions. Make expendable material purchases as required and provide receiving of materials either directly or through subordinates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual closing statements, reports and invoices. May be responsible for monitoring subcontractor cost and issuance of back charges.
• May be responsible for supervision of clerical staff.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.


Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Educational and experience requirements include: Four-year business/accounting degree or equivalent combinations of training and experience. Minimal construction accounting experience required. Knowledge of standard accounting principles is required. Effective written and oral communication skills are essential.

Project Engineer I - Ft. Myers, Florida


Primary Function

Perform engineering functions in an office environment and provide technical support to field and office staff for the management of multiple construction projects.

Typical Duties

• Support submittals review process through recording, processing, and tracking status of contractor submittals. Update database, prepare transmittals/ correspondence, and distribute as needed. Maintain contact with design consultant and general contractor to ensure proper execution of procedures, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare monthly reports on construction progress for assigned projects. Gather information/data from various sources, organize, and arrange report for use by client.
• Act as primary contact for field staff. Review requests for adherence to specifications, and prepare daily schedule of approved closures.
• Assist design liaison in duties relating to project correspondence, specifications and drawing interpretations, work history research, and contractor requests for information. Review material quantities, force account justifications, procedural submittals, and other documentation as needed.
• Create, update, and maintain computer log of various construction management documents, including change orders, extra work orders, contract drawings, etc.
• Attend weekly/monthly construction progress meetings for respective projects. Formulate status reports and agenda, supply necessary logs and documentation, record and prepare minutes for distribution.
• Support project management through preparation of construction estimates, schedules, special reports, tables, and spreadsheets, perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

Educational and experience requirements include: Four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations technical training and/or related construction experience. Minimum 0 – 3 years experience in construction. A self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal skills is essential. Must be proficient in plan and procedure review. Experience with Windows based software such as MS Word, Excel required. Experience with Primavera, Expedition preferred. Excellent communication and organization skills essential. Professional Registration or equivalent experience required.

Project Manager - Ft. Myers, Florida


Primary Function

Provide overall management direction for a field project(s).

Typical Duties

• Plan, organize and staff key field positions.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and A/E contacts, to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Represent company in project meetings, assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings, etc.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client.
• Perform tasks required to develop and maintain budgets and forecasts. This includes coding timesheets, quantities installed, phasing of costs and profit/loss projections to reflect accurate/current cost and estimate information. Identify potential cost overruns, reforecast overextended accounts, and provide cost/budget data for subcontract change requests, bid comparisons and new work item estimates.
• May provide supervision and/or on-the-job training to clerical and entry level professional personnel assigned to the project.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisors direction.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Educational and experience requirements include: 4 year engineering degree or equivalent, plus extensive (ten or more years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities vital; superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential. Must be a business-oriented person.

Reports to Manager of Operations or Senior Project Manager. Makes decisions and recommendations, which can greatly impact corporate relationship with Client and project profitability.
