Project Managers -

​

  • We’re always looking for quality people experienced with field operations and project management of commercial construction projects that range from small to large.  Applicants should have experience working with estimates, projections and budgets; understand contract management and administration; and be proficient with computers and related technology tools for managing construction.  Construction and related degrees are a plus, but not a requirement.  Applicants should be able to demonstrate people skills, successful project completions and productivity.  Competitive salary and benefits package is available which includes bonus opportunities, 401k, and medical/dental insurance.  Please apply above or contact our Human Resources department to arrange for an interview at info@rdc-ics.com.

Estimators -

​

  • As the industry grows so does ICS and if you’re an estimator with experience with commercial construction, now is a great time to partner with our company.  Candidates should have experience working with estimates, projections and budgets; understand contract management and administration; and excel with computers and related technology tools for managing construction.  This candidate will provide the highest level of customer satisfaction from estimating a project through project closeout.  Some of the duties include reading blueprints with an understanding of architectural and structural designs; project setup, oversight, completion, billing and communication with clients; ability to create strategic partnerships between our company and clients; have strong leadership skills with leading by example in the office and in the field.
